We are very busy for most of the year and are very grateful to our customers for keeping us busy. That means new clients generally have to wait a 1-2 months before we can commence work.

To book in a start date we require a 5 – 10% deposit. Most jobs start very close to the projected start date as we usually allow for delays in works.

The short answer is probably longer than you expect!

Every job is different and the time it takes to finish job depends on the complexity of the job. When we book in your work for you, we also include the approximate construction time. This may vary depending on weather and unforseen circumstances, but gives you a good idea on what to expect.

It is good to note, that we are not the type of landscapers that rush our work to get the job completed quickly. Instead we focus on building quality landscapes that will stand the test of time. If this is the type of landscaper you have been looking for… well you are in luck!

Yes! The best thing is for us to come out and visit your home to get a sense of the space and surroundings. We can discuss options and run ideas past you. If you decide what you would like, we can provide an obligation free quote.

The alternative is for us to provide you with a landscaping plan.

It is always a good idea to look on social media sites such as Instagram and Pinterest for ideas too.

This depends on the size of the project and complexity of the job. If it is something simple, a quote may take approximately a week or two. If it is more involved it could take three to four weeks.

 

The beauty of a small family run business is that you are dealing with the director every step of the way. James is the person responsible for quoting and also the person managing and constructing your landscaping works. Quotes take time to complete as they can only be worked on in the evenings and this is why you may have to wait a few weeks. We will inform you every step of the way and happy for you to email or phone at any stage.

We will send you an invoice with the amount due via email. This will include our bank details. 

We require progress payments in stages and all this will be documented in your final quote/contract so you are well informed on the payment stages.

You can view your invoices and payments at any stage through our online portal.

Yes. We are up to date on council regulations and always check details with each council before commencing work.

We have extensive experience with the City Council.

Normally, we wouldn’t charge cancellation fees. The only instance such fees apply is when you notify us of the cancellation less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.
